Cancellation policy and change of reservations

Cancellation of reservation up to 15 days before the date and time of check inRestitution of 100% of the amount paid or issuance of letter of credit for usufruct within 90 days from the date of cancellation.Cancelamento de Reserva between 14 and 5 days before date and time of check-inRestitution of 50% of the amount paid or issuance of letter of credit for usufruct within 90 days from the date of cancellation.

Cancellation of Reservation 4 or less days before the date and time of check-in.There will be no refund of the amount paid or the granting of a letter of credit. Cancellation without cancellation “no show” Non-attendance, without prior written communication, will be considered “no show”.

The reservation will remain available for 24 hours, from the date and time of check in. After this period the reservation will be canceled with a 100% retention of the amount paid or charged the first night (at the discretion of the hotel) and the apartment will be made available to another guest. There will be no refund of value.

Withdrawal Upon Entry or Anticipation of Exit
The early departure for any reason, does not give right to refund or refund or letter of credit, resulting in the total loss of the amounts paid.

If the reservation / daily value has received a discount / special value, and there are some changes in the number of nights or other specific conditions, the maintenance of the same will be subject to the rule imposed for this concession.

Cancellation Formalization
The date of cancellation of a reservation starts to count from the cancellation request made in writing by the client, and sent to our email: contato@pousadavilakebaya.com.br.
Telephone inquiries are not considered cancellation of reservations.
The refund of the advance of reservation, in case of cancellation within the deadline, for reservations and transactions made more than 90 days in advance, will be made via bank deposit, excluding the cost of the card company (in case of payment with card) and transfer costs.
